The purpose of the Waccasassa Water and Wastewater Cooperative is to manage, direct, fund and oversee the development of water and wastewater facilities, as contemplated and further described by the Interlocal Agreement creating the Cooperative, dated June 12, 2023. For the orderly and legal conduct of the affairs of the Cooperative, the following Bylaws and are hereby adopted by the duly appointed Directors of said Cooperative.
